At the beginning, during the ALIGN phase, GPS is engaged in all capacities - consulting with the Leadership team to develop the appropriate training and implementation plan, training the Leadership team in the tools and methods of Strategy Deployment, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma, providing implementation support to execute the plan, and involving strategic partners, as needed for Strategic Planning, determining the company’s Customer Satisfaction Index and employing Predictive Index to create the Human Architecture that guarantees success.
As we progress through successive phases, we are focused on creating the organizational capability and self-sufficiency to sustain the efforts internally. The nature of services changes throughout the implementation as we transition to a role of ongoing implementation support to govern Operational Excellence® efforts.
