Aimée Cowher, President, has over 15 years of business process improvement experience and is a well-recognized Six Sigma educator, practitioner and consultant. Her work at AlliedSignal earned her their Black Belt merit award for the most innovative applications of Six Sigma and cycle time reduction within suppliers’ processes.
Aimée has dedicated the last 10 years to effectively integrating Six Sigma practices, Lean Enterprise methods and team dynamics to achieve Operational Excellence®… both in practice and in training curriculums.
She developed and delivers training curriculums used throughout Fortune 500 entities (including Black & Decker, Honeywell, and Northrop Grumman). As a Master Black Belt, she has personally trained and mentored over 1000 “Belts”, refining a project support approach that enables GPS to guarantee client results.
Aimée is personally involved in the delivery of GPS services, primarily focused on helping leadership to strategically align improvement efforts with the company vision.

Gary Cone has 30 years of experience pursuing business performance improvement and is a pioneer in the development and application of the Six Sigma roadmap. He has led Six Sigma implementations in a multitude of companies (including frontrunners Motorola, AlliedSignal, GE, and Danaher) with verifiable bottom-line impact of several billion dollars in savings to date.
Gary was one of the original architects of Six Sigma when it all started at Motorola in the 1980’s and has continued to refine the roadmap and tools to create efficient and effective business processes. As a prominent change management authority, Gary has dedicated his career to helping companies transform themselves in the face of changing market conditions. He has a rare combination of proven frontline technical performance, executive experience and over a decade of service as a trusted advisor and consultant.
Gary remains intimately involved in the delivery of services to GPS clients, working at every level of the organization, to guide a company’s journey toward Operational Excellence®.
